七部委联合发文取消生皮、半成品革退税,原皮来料加工贸易方式禁行;原皮紧缺且价格上涨;成品革市场萎靡;单位成品革利润极低;污染问题刻不容缓;制革企业人力资源管理问题等等,这些都是目前摆在我国制革企业和行业面前的棘手问题。适值此时,2005年12月10～11日,中国皮革和制鞋工业研究院和中国皮革杂志社主办的“2005首届中国皮革业发展论坛”在北京成功召开,本次论坛聚集了相关的政府官员以及中国皮革业的专家、学者、知名企业老总、业界精英等。与会人士群策群力,献计献策,面对中国皮革业目前亟待解决的问题或困惑,寻突破、求创新,共谋中国皮革业的发展大略。
