日前,江苏内河LNG(液化天然气)加注站项目研究、设计合同签约,计划于今年6月份完成,将确定江苏内河船用LNG加油加气站点等级规模划分、平面布置和建筑风格等,更好地指导LNG加注站建设。据悉,2009年,江苏省交通运输厅牵头成立了“LNG在运输船舶上应用”课题组,率先开发了内河柴油一LNG双燃料动力技术,已经纳入到交通运输部节能减排试点项目。据测算,如果江苏有3万艘船舶经过改造,加上与之相配套的加气站建设,可直接引导社会投资超过100亿元,还将间接带动船用配套产品生产、新能源船舶制造、建筑、钢铁等关联产业发展。
