针对当前光缆传输网建设与利用现状,从技术基础、改革依据及实际应用论证了合作应用光缆网的可行性,并提出了合作利用光缆网应注意的一些问题。
In view of the current situation of the construction and utilization of optical fiber transmission network, the feasibility of cooperative optical cable network is demonstrated from the technical basis, reform basis and practical application, and some problems that should be paid attention to in cooperation with optical fiber cable network are put forward.
