本文旨在探讨HBV和HDV联合感染时,HBV复制是否受到抑制及HBV和HDV联合感染引起的急性肝炎病程中,HBV血清学标记可能的变化。研究对象为HBsAg阳性,无HIV感染血清学证据的急性肝炎病人,共59例。根据临床表现,转氨酶高于正常值10倍和IgM抗-HBc阳性确定诊断。血清标本采集直至HBsAg转阴和转氨酶恢复正常。出现症状后10天内采集第1次血清标本。发展为慢性肝病的4例病人作肝活检,间接免疫过氧化
This article aims to investigate whether HBV replication is inhibited during HBV and HDV co-infection and possible changes of HBV serological markers in the course of acute hepatitis caused by co-infection of HBV and HDV. A total of 59 patients with acute hepatitis with positive HBsAg and no serological evidence of HIV infection were enrolled. According to clinical manifestations, transaminases higher than normal 10 times and IgM anti-HBc positive diagnosis. Serum specimens were collected until HBsAg negative and aminotransferases returned to normal. The first serum samples were collected within 10 days of symptom onset. Four patients developing chronic liver disease were biopsied for liver biopsy and indirectly immunized with peroxide
