控制柴油机的有害排放是一个重要的课题。本文综合介绍了降低X105系列柴油机有害排放的试验研究结果。经过排放控制后,非增压与增压机型的有害成分比排放量(克/马力小时)达到:NO_x=4.5~6.0,CO=5.0~7.0,HC≤0.5。已经低于国内对井下矿用柴油机规定的限制值。在功率不变的情况下,额定工况和最大扭矩时的比油耗增加不超过7%,并保持满意的烟度。文中给出了该系列低排放柴油机的各种排放特性,并论述了‘复合式’燃烧系统采用强涡流和弱喷射的配合对低排放的适应性和存在问题。
Control of harmful emissions from diesel engines is an important issue. This paper introduces the experimental results of reducing the harmful emissions of X105 series diesel engines. After the emission control, the non-supercharging and booster models of harmful components than the amount of emissions (g / horsepower hours) to reach: NO_x = 4.5 ~ 6.0, CO = 5.0 ~ 7.0, HC ≤ 0.5. The paper gives the various emission characteristics of this series of low-emission diesel engines and discusses the adaptability and existing problems of low-emission with the combination of strong vortex and weak jet in the “compound” combustion system.
