笔者采用低功率集焦CO_2激光机及高频电灼机分别治疗颜面色素痣443例和325例,追踪观察两疗法术中术后组织反应和美容效果,分析如下。1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料 皮内痣565例,不隆起于皮肤表面,其它类型痣193例,主要为交界痣和复合痣,且全部隆起于皮肤表面。每例每次治疗相同形态的色素痣1～10个不等。我们将颜面色素痣按直径大小分3组:1组1～3mm,2组3.1～5mm,3组大于5mm。
The author used low-power focused CO_2 laser machine and high-frequency electrocautery were treated 443 cases of facial pigment nevus and 325 cases, follow-up observation of two postoperative tissue reaction and cosmetic results, as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 565 cases of intradermal nevus, not uplift in the skin surface, 193 cases of other types of nevus, mainly for the junction mole and compound nevus, and all uplift in the skin surface. Each case of treatment of the same morphology of pigmented nevus 1 to 10 range. We divided the facial pigment nevus into three groups according to the diameter: group 1 ~ 3mm, group 2, group 3.1 ~ 5mm and group 3 larger than 5mm.
