能源部、水利部于10月14日~16日在成都对《碾压混凝土坝设计导则》(送审稿)进行了审查,审查会由水利水电规划设计总院主持,两部及有关设计、科研、施工、高等院校共40余名代表参加,会议审查通过了《碾压混凝土坝设计导则》(送审稿)。碾压混凝土筑坝是70年代发展起来的筑坝技术的一项重大革新,目前已初步形成了一套完整的碾压混凝土筑坝技术,我国从1978年开始此项试验研究工作,1984年起陆续在铜街子、沙溪口等工程筑坝技术中应用,目前已建、正建及计划兴建的工程约有20座。为了提高我国碾压混凝土坝的设计水平,保证碾压混凝土坝的设计质量,水利水电规划设计总院于1987
