目的观察弹性髓内针治疗儿童股骨骨折及并发症的治疗效果。方法选取自2012年1月~2013年1月在我院进行治疗的儿童骨骨折患者共计48例，给予患者常规的清创手术，并在其中应用弹性髓内针，对其临床的治疗效果以及并发症的发生情况进行观察。结果随访结果表明，有4例患者在经过治疗后出现西部进针点疼痛以及钉尾刺激的反应，2例患者再移位成角，2例患者浅表窗口出现感染，2例患者双下肢不等长。所有的患者2~6个月均愈合，平均在5w左右患者的功能恢复较为理想，并无障碍出现。结论在对儿童股骨骨折患者进行治疗之中应用弹性髓内针的方式能够获得更为理想的临床治疗效果，值得在临床中对其进行推广并应用。,Objective To observe the elastic intramedul ary needle treatment ef ect for the treatment of children femoral fractures and complications. Methods Since January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital for treatment of children for a total of 48 patients with bone fracture, giving the conventional debridement surgery patients, and application of elastic intramedul ary pin in it, for the clinical treatment ef ect and complications were observed. Results Fol ow-up results show that there are four patients appeared after treatment in the west into the needle point pain and pin the tail stimulation reaction, then shift into Angle, 2 cases with superficial window appears infection, 2 cases with 2 cases of double lower limbs in patients with dif erent length. Al patients 2~6 months after healing, the average in the functional recovery of patients with 5 weeks or so ideal, and accessibility. Conclusion In treatment of children femoral fracture patients in the application of elastic intramedul ary pin method can obtain a bet er clinical therapeutic ef ect and is worth to popularize and application in clinical.
