中国女性高管的人数正在不断增加。调查表明,70%以上的上市公司董事或高管都有女性身影。在中国的女性高管中,担任CEO一职的比例高达19%,远高于全球8%的平均水平,排名全球第二;女企业家约占全国企业家总数的20%。
The number of female executives in China is constantly increasing. The survey shows that more than 70% of listed company directors or senior executives have women. Among Chinese women executives, the proportion of CEO positions is as high as 19%, far higher than the global average of 8%, ranking second in the world; women entrepreneurs account for about 20% of the total number of entrepreneurs in the country.
