充分调动广大职工的生产积极性、主动性和创造性,是我国经济体制改革的目的,也是当前经济工作中亟待解决的一个问题。北京印染厂厂长、著名企业家徐孝纯同志通过在企业内部建立“小特区”,实行小集体经济承包责任制,来调动职工的工作积极性和责任感,这种做法引起了国家计委咨询组副组长、著名经济专家庄启东同志的关注。他们以通讯的方式对这种做法以及在社会主义企业中如何才能调动职工积极性的有关问题进行了探讨,其中不乏有价值的观点和做法。为此,本刊编辑部以对话的形式摘编了其中的部分内容,谨供一切关心这个问题的读者参考。
Fully mobilizing the production enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of employees is the goal of China’s economic restructuring and is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in current economic work.
