我们自1987年10月至1988年8月连续收治6例粪检确诊微小膜壳绦虫病患者。其中男性4例,女性2例;成人1例,儿童5例;年龄5～31岁。其中4例有腹痛、腹胀、腹泻等症状;1例恶心,食欲亢进;2例食欲减退、消瘦;1例有阵发性头痛;4例升结肠、横结肠区有明显压痛;1例除有结肠区触痛外无症状。6例均用吡喹酮15mg/kg空腹顿服,3h后用温水800～1500ml灌肠。1wk后按上述剂
From October 1987 to August 1988, we consecutively treated 6 patients diagnosed as meconium-covered tapeworm in fecal examination. Including 4 males and 2 females; 1 adult, 5 children; aged 5 to 31 years. 4 patients had abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea and other symptoms; 1 case of nausea, loss of appetite hyperthyroidism; 2 cases of loss of appetite, weight loss; 1 case of paroxysmal headache; 4 cases of ascending colon, transverse colon area was tenderness; No symptoms of tenderness outside the area. 6 cases were praziquantel 15mg / kg fasting Dayton clothing, 3h after 800 ~ 1500ml enema with warm water. 1wk after the above agent
