陶粒作为绿色建筑材料具有良好的社会和经济效益。但由于我国生产的陶粒普遍存在粒径偏大、级配不良以及表面较光滑等缺陷使得陶粒混凝土分层离析现象严重。通过试验研究,采用破碎的方式得到具有良好级配的陶粒;相对于完整陶粒混凝土,破碎陶粒混凝土分层离析现象得到明显改善;破碎陶粒混凝土不仅满足工程可泵性要求,其强度相对于完整陶粒混凝土而言也有所提高。针对大流动性破碎陶粒混凝土在低温下是否满足强度要求进行了试验研究,试验表明,陶粒混凝土在低温-25℃下较常温20℃下强度所有提高。
Ceramsite has good social and economic benefits as a green building material. However, due to the widespread existence of ceramsite in our country, the particle size is too large, graded bad and the surface is smooth and other defects make ceramsite concrete segregation phenomenon is serious.
