阐述了一种强制对流换热式太阳能海水淡化装置的机理、设计特点和试验方法。通过理论分析建立基于有效蒸发传热速率关联系数的数学模型。建立了实验装置,并通过试验验证的方法对其进行了性能评价,与传统太阳能蒸馏器的对比表明这种强制对流换热式太阳能海水淡化装置产水量提高60%以上,实验期间平均热效率为57.2%。
A mechanism, design characteristic and test method of forced convection heat transfer solar desalination unit are described. Through the theoretical analysis, a mathematical model based on the correlation coefficient of effective evaporation heat transfer rate was established. The experimental setup was established and the performance was evaluated by the experimental verification. Comparing with the traditional solar distiller, the experimental results show that the water production of the forced convection heat transfer seawater desalination unit is over 60%, and the average thermal efficiency during the experiment is 57.2 %.
