目的:研究扶正解毒方含药血清对体外培养的人肺腺癌A549细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:在体外培养的肺癌A549细胞株中加入不同浓度的扶正解毒方含药血清,计算细胞抑制率、观察细胞形态学变化、检测细胞凋亡率。结果:MTT提示扶正解毒方含药血清对肺腺癌A549细胞具有特异性抑制效应并存在效应-剂量依赖关系;肺腺癌A549细胞随药物浓度增加及处理时间的延长细胞凋亡特征越明显;细胞凋亡率随着药物剂量的增加和作用时间的延长而增加,存在效应-剂量、效应-时间依赖关系。结论:扶正解毒方含药血清可抑制肺腺癌A549细胞生长、诱导细胞凋亡。
Objective: To study the effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Fang containing serum on the proliferation and apoptosis of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells cultured in vitro. Methods: A549 lung cancer cell lines were cultured with different concentrations of Fuzheng Jiedu Fang containing serum, calculate the cell inhibition rate, observe the morphological changes of cells, detect the apoptosis rate. Results: MTT suggested that the serum of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction had specific inhibitory effect on lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells in a dose-dependent manner. The more obvious the apoptotic characteristics of A549 cells was with the increase of drug concentration and prolongation of treatment time, The rate of apoptosis increased with the increase of drug dose and the prolongation of action time, and there were effect-dose and effect-time dependence. Conclusion: Fuzheng Jiedu Fang containing serum can inhibit lung adenocarcinoma A549 cell growth and induce apoptosis.
