目的探讨胎儿主动脉狭窄(AS)狭窄程度与生物学生长参数增长的动态变化规律。方法选取接受2次及以上胎儿超声心动图检查的胎儿,运用研究建立的Z-评分计算公式,获取前后2次AO及PA的Z-评分、PA/AO比值,分别比较2次检查测量数据的差异。结果 (1)对妊娠结局采用电话随访,病例组:AS 19例;正常组:无AS 68例。(2)AO Z-评分、PA Z-评分、PA/AO比值前后2次结果比较,病例组胎儿三组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);病例组与正常组AO Z-评分、PA Z-评分及PA/AO比值结果比较,第一次仅AO Z-评分、PA/AO比值两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第二次三组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论连续动态胎儿超声心动图检查获取AO及PA的Z-评分、PA/AO比值能够更加准确地评估胎儿的心血管系统的生长发育。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of fetal stenosis (AS) stenosis and biological growth parameters. Methods Fetal echocardiography was performed on 2 or more fetuses and the Z-score formula was established. The Z-score and PA / AO ratio of AO and PA before and after 2 times were obtained. The data of 2 measurements were compared difference. Results (1) The follow-up of the pregnancy outcome by telephone, case group: AS 19 cases; normal group: no AS 68 cases. (2) The results of AO Z-score, PA Z-score and PA / AO ratio before and after 2 times were statistically significant (all P <0.05); AO Z-score , PA Z-score and PA / AO ratio results, the first time only AO Z-score, PA / AO ratio between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); the second three groups were statistically significant differences (All P <0.05). Conclusions The continuous dynamic fetal echocardiography can obtain the Z-score and PA / AO ratio of AO and PA to evaluate the fetal cardiovascular system more accurately.
