前言吹灰器是电厂锅炉不可缺少的重要附件之一。它的使用与否,直接影响着锅炉的安全、经济运行。随着锅炉容量的不断发展,吹灰器的重要性就更为显著。有的国家因吹灰器的广泛使用而不断地修正着锅炉热力计算标准。可是,目前这一问题还没有得到国内有关设计、制造部门和电厂的足够重视,特别是吹灰器的合理布置、制造质量以及使用上都存在着一定的问题,使得国内多数电厂的吹灰器没法使用。近年来,甚至有新投产的国产锅炉上没有配置吹灰器,有些刊物上提出锅炉上可以取消吹灰装置的建议。我们认为这是一个值得研究的问题。为此,我们调查了一些国内中容量锅炉的运行情况,将某些电厂吹灰器的使用效果作了一些统计分析,供有关部门参考。由于缺乏系统的研究,所搜集的运行统计资料也是残缺不全的,甚至可能会夹杂一些失实现象。随着企业管理水平的不断提高,希有关设计、制造部门和电厂,在与锅炉堵灰、结焦的长期斗争中,对于锅炉吹灰器的设计和使用能共同加以重视。
Introduction Soot blower is an indispensable power plant boiler one of the important annex. Its use or not, directly affect the safety of the boiler, economic operation. With the continuous development of boiler capacity, the importance of soot blowers is even more significant. In some countries, boiler thermal calculation standards have been constantly revised due to the widespread use of sootblowers. However, at present, this issue has not been given enough attention by domestic design and manufacturing departments and power plants. In particular, there are some problems in the rational arrangement of sootblowers, the quality of manufacturing and their use. As a result, sootblowers Can not use. In recent years, even soot blowers have not been installed on domestically produced domestic boilers, and some publications suggest that sootblowing devices can be eliminated on boilers. We think this is a question worth studying. To this end, we investigated the operation of some domestic medium-capacity boilers and made some statistical analyzes on the use effects of some soot blowers in power plants for the reference of relevant departments. Due to a lack of systematic research, the operational statistics collected are also incomplete, and may even contain some misrepresentations. With the continuous improvement of business management, Hope design, manufacturing departments and power plants, in the long struggle with the boiler clogging ash, coking, boiler sootblowers for design and use can be taken together.
