脊髓栓系综合征(tethered cord syndrome,TCS)系指由于各种先天或后天性原因牵拉脊髓或圆锥并使圆锥下降而产生一系列神经功能障碍和畸形的症候群。主要症状为大小便功能障碍、下肢运动和感觉障碍等。成人型TCS相对少见,本文报告我科收治的1例患者并对相关文献进行复习。病例报 Tethered cord syndrome (tethered cord syndrome, TCS) refers to a series of neurological dysfunction and deformity syndromes caused by pulling the spinal cord or cone and descending the cone for various congenital or acquired causes. The main symptoms are urinary dysfunction, lower extremity movement and sensory disturbances. Adult type TCS is relatively rare, this article reports one patient admitted to our department and review the relevant literature. Case report
