中央企业大多集中在关系国家经济安全和国民经济命脉的关键领域,是中国综合国力的集中体现和参与国际竞争的主要力量。自主创新能力是影响企业竞争力的关键要素之一,对中央企业的发展影响深远。近年来中国中央企业在技术创新方面虽取得一定的进展,但是仍然存在很多问题。现有文献分析了制度创新、企业家精神等影响国有企业自主创新水平的重要因素,但至今缺乏一个完整的分析框架。本文在现有文献基础上,结合中国国情和中央企业特点,运用公司创业理论,构建了中央企业自主创新模型,进而就国有企业如何发展为优秀的自主创新主体加以具体分析,并给出对策建议。提出以企业家精神、柔性组织结构和创新型管理为支撑要素的中央企业提升自主创新能力的机制与路径。
Most of the central enterprises are concentrated in key areas that relate to national economic security and the lifeline of the national economy. They are the main manifestations of China’s overall national strength and its participation in international competition. The ability of independent innovation is one of the key factors that affect the competitiveness of enterprises, and has a far-reaching impact on the development of central enterprises. Although China’s central enterprises have made certain progress in technological innovation in recent years, there are still many problems. The existing literature analyzes important factors such as institutional innovation and entrepreneurship that affect the level of independent innovation of state-owned enterprises. However, there is still a lack of a complete analytical framework. Based on the existing literature, combining the national conditions of China and the characteristics of the central enterprises, this paper uses the company’s entrepreneurial theory to construct a model for independent innovation of the central enterprises, and then analyzes how the state-owned enterprises develop into outstanding independent innovation subjects, and gives suggestions for countermeasures. . The mechanism and path for enhancing the independent innovation capability of central enterprises based on entrepreneurship, flexible organizational structure and innovative management are presented.
