2013年,中子粉末衍射组经过紧张的在线调试,在高分辨粉末衍射仪上成功获得TiO2标样的衍射全谱。在整个测量范围内,衍射峰峰形、信噪比及分辨较好,标志着粉末谱仪达到了前期设计标准,将为我国先进材料的研发提供了强有力的支撑。具体成果如下。1)在线光路调试,成功获得单色中子束2013年中国原子能科学研究院粉末衍射组将与北京大学共同开展谱仪的在线调试和优化工作,
In 2013, the neutron powder diffraction group was subjected to intense on-line debugging and the diffraction full spectrum of the TiO2 standard sample was successfully obtained on a high-resolution powder diffractometer. Throughout the measurement range, diffraction peaks and peak shape, signal to noise ratio and resolution is good, marking the powder spectrometer reached the pre-design standards, will provide China a strong support for the development of advanced materials. Specific results are as follows. 1) In-line optical path debugging successfully obtained monochromatic neutron beam 2013 China Institute of Atomic Energy Powder diffraction group will work with Peking University on-line spectrometer debugging and optimization work,
