本文以江西省为例,认为各级出版行政部门在推动出版数字化转型背景下的制度创新方面,应该做到:提高出版政策可操作性,加强出版政策综合管理;加强基地和园区建设,调整出版产业结构布局;规范政府管理职能,推动出版产权多元化;从而实现出版管理制度的不断创新。
This paper, taking Jiangxi Province as an example, holds that the publishing administrative departments at all levels should do more to promote the system innovation under the background of the digitized transformation of publishing: to improve the operability of publishing policies and to strengthen the integrated management of publishing policies; to strengthen the construction of bases and parks and to adjust their publishing Industrial structure and layout; standardize the government management functions, promote the diversification of publishing property rights; so as to achieve continuous innovation of publishing management system.
