近年来随着高分辨率超声检查仪器的普遍应用,甲状腺结节的检出率有所提高.目前临床上常以高频超声检查、单光子发射计算机断层扫描及细针穿刺抽吸活检细胞学检查等判断术前甲状腺结节的良恶性.随着医学诊断技术的发展,甲状腺结节良恶性的诊断水平不断提高,本文就临床甲状腺结节常用检查方法的应用现状进行综述.“,”In recent years,with the widespread application of high resolution ultrasound,the detection rate of thyroid nodules have been increased.At present,high frequency ultrasound examination,ECT and fine needle aspiration biopsy cytology are often used to determine the benign and malignant thyroid nodules preoperatively.With the development of medical diagnostic techniques,the diagnostic level of benign and malignant thyroid nodules has been continuously improved.This article reviews the current status of common thyroid nodule examinations.
