人力资源绩效管理是企业管理中的重要内容,直接关系到企业日常经营管理工作的质量和效率,并对企业经济效益的提升具有非常重要的意义和作用。随着社会经济的不断发展,企业只有不断优化企业人力资源绩效管理模式,才能在激烈的市场竞争中处于有利位置。因此,本文主要探究优化企业人力资源绩效管理的有效途径,从而促进企业的健康可持续发展。
Human resource performance management is an important part of business management, which is directly related to the quality and efficiency of the day-to-day operation and management of an enterprise and plays an important role in improving the economic benefits of an enterprise. With the continuous development of social economy, enterprises can keep a good position in the fierce market competition only when they continuously optimize the human resource performance management mode. Therefore, this paper mainly explores the effective way to optimize the performance management of human resources in enterprises, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprises.
