沙河镇位于广州市东郊,属城乡结合地区,辖12个村民委员会,每个村民委员会设一个卫生站,20多年坚持集体办站和实行合作医疗,三中全会以来,随着镇村经济的发展,我镇12个村卫生站越办越好,1993年全部达到甲级卫生站的标准要求,诊疗人次突破40万次,基本满足了广大村民对医疗预防保健服务的需求,为我镇实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”奠定了坚实的组织基础。回顾全镇的村办卫生站能坚持多年不散,而且越办越好,我们主要有以下体会:1 办好村卫生站是镇、村干部义不容辞的职责
