使用机械式振子的压力传感器,其压力和输出信号之间,呈非线性关系。但由于稳定性好、分辩力高、容易和微型计算机连接等特点,大都用作飞机上的压力传感器。图1所示为谐振式压力传感器中的一种。受压元件采用振动膜片,使用粘接有压电元件的复合音叉振子做成将轴向力转换成频率的传感器。(1)式表示轴向力F和谐振频率f的关系。f=f_0(1)f_0为F=0的谐振频率;k为比例常数
The use of mechanical vibrator pressure sensor, the pressure and the output signal, showing a non-linear relationship. However, due to its good stability, high resolution, and easy connection with a microcomputer, it is mostly used as a pressure sensor on an airplane. Figure 1 shows a resonant pressure sensor.
