针对巷道邻近采空区支护难的问题,以资源整合矿井通合煤业2号煤胶带运输大巷为研究背景,通过FLAC3D软件模拟巷道围岩应力分布和塑性区发育情况,提出了采用新型化学材料与煤矸石胶结体作为顶板支柱的方案,并对“瑞诺柱+锚网索”新支护方案模拟结果以及现场实测数据进行了分析,结果表明:瑞诺柱与锚网索优势互补达到了控制围压分布、提高围岩强度、减小围岩变形的目的。其中,塑性区减小了55%,顶底板相对移近量为35mm,支柱收缩量为8mm,未发生破坏,进而验证了由新型化学材料制作成的瑞诺支柱在巷道支护中的可行性。
In order to solve the problem of difficult support for the adjacent goaf in the roadway, with the resource integration of No.2 coal belt transportation coal mine in Coal Mine as the research background, the FLAC3D software was used to simulate the stress distribution and plastic zone development of surrounding rock. Chemical materials and gangue cements as roof pillars, and the simulation results of “Reinforced columns + anchor net” new support scheme as well as field measured data were analyzed. The results show that: Complementary advantages have reached the purpose of controlling confining pressure distribution, increasing surrounding rock strength and reducing the deformation of surrounding rock. Among them, the plastic zone is reduced by 55%, the relative displacement of roof and floor is 35mm, and the strut shrinkage is 8mm without any damage, which verifies the feasibility of Reno column made of new chemical materials in roadway support .
