4.1 文献计量学的“种子”论文一门学科或其分支在开发过程中,总是以一些骨干论文作为框架,以构筑整个大厦。这些论文也就是科学的生长点——“种子”论文。文献计量学也是如此。在文献计量学开发过程中,“堪称“种子”论文的标准不外是:(a)作者是否自称某一论文是开创性的?(b)学术界是否认为某一论文是“最早”的?前者可称个人标准,后者则是社会标准。当然,社会标准更重要些。 1981年,D·O′connor和H·Voos在一篇题为“文献计量学”的论文中指出:文献计量学的范围应包括对文献内部信息的研究(如引文分析),对文献外部特征的描述。研究的主要对象是把文献规范成统一形式的那些标志:作者、专题论文、期刊、主题或语种。据此可枚举出以下诸篇。 4.1 Bibliometrics “Seeds” Thesis A discipline or its branches are always framed in the course of development to build the entire building. These essays are also the scientific growth point - the “seed” thesis. The same is true of bibliometrics. In the development of bibliometrics, the criteria for a “seed” paper are nothing more than: (a) does the author claim that a thesis is groundbreaking? (B) does the academic community consider the paper “the earliest” The former may be called a personal standard, the latter a social criterion, and of course social standards are more important. In 1981, D. O’Connor and Vo Voos pointed out in a paper entitled "Bibliometrics: The literature The scope of metrology should include the study of internal information (such as citation analysis) and the description of the external characteristics of the literature, the main object of which is to mark the standardization of documents into a unified form: author, monograph, periodical, subject or language Accordingly, the following articles can be enumerated.
