苏霍姆林斯基曾说:“教育的技巧并不在于能预见课堂的所有细节,而是在于根据当时的具体情况,巧妙地在学生不知不觉中做出相应的变化。”课堂教学中需要预设,但绝不能仅仅依靠预设,要随时审时度势;课堂教学中期待生成,渴望“无心插柳柳成荫”的境界。因此教师要学会观察,学会倾听,随时捕捉新信息,选择有效的信息及时转化为教学资源,调整预设的教学环节,进行生成性教学。
Sukhomlinski once said: “The art of education does not lie in predicting all the details of the class, but rather in skillfully making the changes that students make unknowingly based on the circumstances of the day.” Classroom Teaching needs to be pre-set, but must not rely solely on the default, to keep the situation at any time; classroom teaching is expected to generate, longing for “unintentional willow shade” realm. Therefore, teachers should learn to observe, learn to listen, capture new information at any time, choose effective information in time to translate into teaching resources, adjust the pre-set teaching links and make generative teaching.
