由于相关情报的匮乏,微观化模型、过程驱动、评判自动化等问题成为了群体性事件应对措施验证模型的实现难点;针对上述问题,基于微观过程推演仿真方法与技术,给出新型的群体性事件应对措施验证模型,给出模型的组成结构、关键要素、运作流程以及实现关键技术,通过人机交互和消息传递技术,实现事件管理椎演的内外驱动。测试结果表明,该模型的仿真程度较高,较之传统管桌面理实验模型,有助于管理人员验证事件管理策略,提高管理效率,具有一定的实际意义和实用价值。
Due to the lack of relevant intelligence, the problems of micro-model, process-driven and automated judgment become the difficulties in the validation of mass incident response measures. In view of the above problems, based on the micro-process derivation simulation methods and techniques, new group events The verification model of response measures is given, and the composition and structure of the model, the key elements, the operation flow and the key technologies are given. Through the human-computer interaction and the messaging technology, the event management and internal and external driving are realized. The test results show that this model has a high degree of simulation. Compared with the traditional experimental model of tube table management, it helps managers to verify event management strategies and improve management efficiency, which has some practical and practical values.
