体育是学校培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的一项重要教育内容,高中体育短距离跑的训练对于提升高中生体能有着重要的作用,在教学中具体的实施策略要重视小组训练、球类训练和游戏训练,确保高中生有浓厚的积极性,并在日常的体育课程中获得较强的短跑技能。分析了高中体育田径短距离跑训练作用,从总体思考日常训练的探索和实践以及竞技能力的训练等方面提出了高中体育田径短距离跑训练对策。
Physical education is an important educational content for cultivating socialist builders and successors in all-round development in schools. The training of short-distance running in high school sports plays an important role in improving physical ability of senior high school students. The specific implementation strategies in teaching should emphasize group training, Ball training and game training ensure that high school students are motivated and gain strong dash skills in everyday physical education. This paper analyzes the training effect of short track distance running of high school athletics, puts forward the training strategy of short track distance training of high school athletics from the aspects of the general thinking of daily training exploration and practice as well as the competitive ability training.
