2009年,长庆油田生产原油1572万吨、天然气190亿立方米,油气当量突破3000万吨,成为国内产量增幅最大、发展速度最快、成长性最好的油气田。近年来,长庆油田党委认真贯彻集团公司党组战略部署,紧紧围绕油气当量5000万吨规划,着力做好转变发展方式中的思想政治工作,坚持突出以人为本,大力推进领导班子建设、企业文化建设和基层队伍建设,全力保障长庆油田油气产量实现历史性跨越。
