养心定志汤乃国家级名老中医高辉远教授化裁古方,专为老年胸痹而设,该方由定志丸、桂枝甘草汤、生脉散加减而成,有益心气、补心阳、养心阴、定心悸之功,尤适于心气不足、心阴虚损等因虚致瘀类病证。笔者在临床中应用此方治疗胸痹和肺胀等疾病,选取两则典型病例,从“虚”、“瘀”着眼,自“心”、“肾”着手论治,分析病机,揭示组方用药规律,由心肺两系疾病同用该方而总结出对于因虚致瘀类疾病的治疗思路,体现中医学异病同治的特色及该方的卓著疗效。
