陈锡文,1950年生于上海,现任中央财经领导小组办公室副主任、中央农村工作领导小组办公室主任。陈锡文是中国名符其实的“三农问题”专家,也是中国典型的学者型财经官员之一。他30年的从政与研究生涯与中国农村的改革和农业发展进程息息相关。他所撰写的关于中国农村经济体制改革的著作,曾经在学术界和中央高层引起较大反响,并成为中央历次出台农村经济政策的重要参考。
Chen Xiwen was born in Shanghai in 1950 and is currently the deputy director of the Central Leading Group for Financial Affairs and the director of the office of the leading group for the Central Rural Work. Chen Xiwen is a truly “expert on agriculture, rural areas and farmers” in China and one of the typical scholarly financial officials in China. His 30 years of political and research career are closely linked to the process of rural reform and agricultural development in China. His writings on the reform of China’s rural economic system have aroused great repercussions among academics and senior officials at the central level and have become an important reference for the Central Government in successively promulgating rural economic policies.
