采用1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(简称BMI)离子液体分别通过湿法和干法工艺改性白炭黑,制备了改性白炭黑/SBR混炼胶,并研究了BMI与白炭黑之间的相互作用以及混炼胶性能.结果表明,加入BMI能显著提高改性白炭黑/SBR混炼胶硫化速率,同时硫化温度降低;与干法改性白炭黑/SBR混炼胶相比,湿法改性白炭黑与SBR之间的相互作用较强,混炼胶交联密度较大,硫化胶力学性能较好.“,”The modified silica/SBR blend was prepared by adding the silica modified by 1-butyl-3-methylimiazolium tetrafluoroborate(BMI) through wet modification and dry modification,respectively.The interaction between BMI and silica and the properties of the blend were studied.The results showed that the curing rate of the modified silica/SBR blend was increased obviously by adding BMI,and the cure temperature was decreased.Compared with the dry modified silica/SBR blend,the interaction between the wet modified silica and SBR was stronger,the crosslink density was higher,and the mechanical properties were increased.
