目的:对应用宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗不孕不育症的临床效果进行评价分析。方法:选择我院在2014年6月-2016年6月这段时间内收治的,获得临床确诊的不孕不育症患者900例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,分别命名为对照组和治疗组,每组450例。对照组接受常规开放手术方式治疗;治疗组接受宫腹腔镜联合手术方式治疗。结果:治疗组患者不孕不育症治疗效果优于对照组;不孕不育症手术后住院治疗总时间明显短于对照组;围手术期不良反应明显少于对照组。结论:宫腹腔镜联合手术方式,治疗不孕不育症的临床效果显著,值得关注。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of hysteroscope combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of infertility. Methods: 900 cases of infertility patients clinically diagnosed in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, named as control group and control group Treatment group, 450 cases in each group. The control group received conventional open surgery; the treatment group received laparoscopic hysteroscopy combined with surgical treatment. Results: The therapeutic effect of infertility in treatment group was better than that in control group. The total hospitalization time of infertility infertility was significantly shorter than that of control group. The perioperative adverse reaction was significantly less than that of control group. Conclusion: The laparoscopic hysteroscopy combined with surgical treatment of infertility clinical effect is remarkable, it is worth attention.
