本文3例均为男性,分别于出生后4、17、21天发病。均为足月顺产。例1出生后进食不久则出现呕吐,吐物为黄绿色胃内容物,以呕吐原因待查入院。例2出生后黄疸不断加重,拟诊 G-6-PD 缺陷、溶血性黄疸入院。例3因发热、气促,拟诊新生儿肺炎入院。3例均于住院期间突然出现烦躁、哭闹、面色苍白,呕吐加重,排血性大便。例1、2于脐右上方触及包块,例3于右下腹触及包块,状如腊肠。3例都有轻度腹胀,例2、
