学生管理工作是学校教育的重要组成部分。辅导员作为学生的直接责任人,应结合实际情况,加强对学生的管理,不断探究管理模式、创新理念,运用新的管理学理论与实践等等,整体提升学生管理工作水平和质量,力争打造一批适应社会发展规律的专业、精干的学生,从而推动学生全面健康的发展。就加强学生管理,提升工作的有效性,本文笔者从以学生为中心开展管理工作;明确学生管理工作的目标、完善规章制度;加强学生的心理咨询与指导三方面来简略论述。
