患者男,40岁。因右侧阴囊内增生肿块1年多,于1984年12月9日入院手术治疗。患者自诉1年前无意中发现阴囊内有一硬块,因无任何感觉而未就诊。今年以来发现肿块逐渐增大变硬。否认有结核和血丝虫病史。体检:右附睾约3×2.5×2.5cm大小,质硬,表面不平,无明显粘连及触痛。右睾丸稍萎缩,精索正常,左侧睾丸及附睾均正常,阴囊正常无瘘管。手术所见:阴囊内少量积液,在右附睾尾部可见4×3×2.5cm~3大小肿块组织,质硬,高低不平,境
