目的调查分析社区医生处方基本药物的习惯、意愿及动机,为基本药物制度的进一步完善提供科学依据。方法随机抽取山东潍坊,济南和聊城3市36个城市社区卫生服务机构,对145名社区医生进行问卷调查。结果 89.66%(130/145)的医生表示愿意提供基本药物,10.34%(15/145)持中性态度;90%(117/130)被调查的社区医生认为基本药物价格低是其愿意选择基本药物的动机,其余动机依次为基本药物的报销比例大,疗效好,不良反应少,病人主动要求,上级文件要求等。结论基本药物价格低、报销比例大是社区医生愿意选择基本药物的主要原因。
Objective To investigate and analyze the habit, intention and motivation of community doctors to prescribe essential drugs and provide scientific basis for the further improvement of essential drug system. Methods A total of 36 community health service agencies in 36 cities in Weifang, Shandong, Jinan and Liaocheng were randomly selected and 145 community doctors were surveyed. Results 89.66% (130/145) of the doctors expressed their willingness to provide essential drugs and 10.34% (15/145) took the neutral attitude; 90% (117/130) of the surveyed community doctors thought that the low price of essential drugs was their willingness to choose the basic Drug motivation, followed by the remaining motivation for the reimbursement of basic drugs, a large proportion of good efficacy, fewer adverse reactions, the patient’s initiative requirements, higher-level documents and so on. Conclusion The low price of basic drugs and the large proportion of reimbursement are the main reasons why community doctors are willing to choose basic drugs.
