研究了经980℃固溶处理后再进行200~900℃热处理对Custom 465钢力学性能和奥氏体含量的影响。结果表明:为了使Custom 465钢的强韧性配合最佳,应进行适当的过时效处理,即在510~540℃温度区间进行时效处理。在450~480℃范围时效时,由于强烈的共格应变,导致Custom 465钢的韧塑性急剧下降,因此实际生产中应避免在该温度区间时效。实验结果证明,随时效温度升高,逆转变奥氏体是促使Custom 465钢韧性提高的原因之一。
The effect of heat treatment at 980 ~ 900 ℃ after heat treatment at 980 ℃ on the mechanical properties and austenite content of Custom 465 steel was studied. The results show that in order to optimize the toughness of Custom 465 steel, appropriate over-aging treatment should be carried out, that is, aging treatment at the temperature range of 510 ~ 540 ℃. In the 450-480 ℃ aging range, due to strong coherent strain, resulting in a sharp decline in the toughness of Custom 465 steel, so the actual production should avoid aging in the temperature range. Experimental results show that with the aging temperature, reverse austenite is to promote Custom 465 steel toughness to improve one of the reasons.
