介绍了一种受激布里渊散射(SBS)结合脉冲泵浦的全光纤调Q激光器,获得重复频率可调谐的亚10 ns高功率脉冲。利用瑞利散射(RS)和SBS共同作用自调Q机制,采用光纤干涉环结构与强泵浦抽运,可获得稳定的亚10 ns高功率调Q光脉冲。以脉冲泵浦控制调Q光脉冲产生的重复频率,实现调Q光脉冲输出重复频率的可调谐。实验结果表明:使用3 m高增益掺Er3+光纤,在两只975 nm半导体激光器强泵浦抽运下,可获得脉宽6 ns、峰值功率大于340 W、重复频率0~5 kHz的调Q光脉冲输出。该调Q光纤激光器具有全光纤结构、输出脉冲窄、峰值功率高、重复频率可调谐的特点,可用于分布式光纤传感系统与种子光源。
A stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) combined pulse-pumped all-fiber Q-switched laser was introduced to obtain sub-10 ns high-power pulses with repetitive frequency tuning. Using the combination of Rayleigh scattering (RS) and SBS self-tuning Q mechanism, the fiber-optic interfering ring structure and strong pump pumping can achieve stable sub-10 ns high-power Q-switched optical pulses. The pulse frequency is controlled by a pulsed pump to control the repetition frequency of the Q-light pulse, so that the repetition frequency of the Q-pulse light is tunable. The experimental results show that with 3 m high-gain Er3 + -doped fiber, Q-switched light with pulse width of 6 ns, peak power of more than 340 W and repetition frequency of 0 ~ 5 kHz can be obtained under strong pumping of two 975 nm semiconductor lasers. Pulse output. The Q-switched fiber laser has all-fiber structure, narrow output pulse, high peak power and repeatable frequency. It can be used in distributed optical fiber sensing system and seed light source.
