目的观察十二指肠溃疡(DU)患者的胃运动功能。方法经内镜检查确诊为 DU 的患者(n=165)在1周内用磁性示踪法(胃磁图仪)测定胃排空时间。结果 DU165例并以32例健康人为对照。胃半排空时间 T1/2为1.51±0.73 h,较对照组明显延缓(P<0.01)。溃疡组胃排空延缓的检出率58.8%。瘢痕期及瘢痕球延缓检出率分别为70.8%,71.4%比活动期及愈复期的47.8%,55.6%明显增高(P<0.01)。结论 DU 对胃排空时间有明显影响。
Objective To observe gastric motility in patients with duodenal ulcer (DU). Methods Patients with endoscopic DU-confirmed disease (n = 165) had their gastric emptying time measured by magnetic tracer (gastrograph) within 1 week. Results DU165 cases and 32 healthy controls. T1 / 2 gastric emptying time was 1.51 ± 0.73 h, significantly delayed than the control group (P <0.01). Gastric ulcer group delayed the detection rate of 58.8%. The detection rate of scarring and delayed scarring were 70.8%, 71.4%, 47.8% and 55.6% of the active phase and the more delayed phase respectively (P <0.01). Conclusion DU has a significant effect on gastric emptying time.
