本文介绍了 9975直流比较仪式电桥测量电阻的工作原理。在此基础上 ,介绍了在测量水三相点时 ,标准电阻的温度修正方法 ,并对此方法引起的不确定度进行评定。评定结果表明 :该方法引起的不确定度在 9975电桥测量精度内可以忽略。
This article describes the working principle of the 9975 DC comparator rider measuring the resistance. On this basis, the method of temperature correction of standard resistance is introduced when measuring water three-phase point, and the uncertainty caused by this method is evaluated. The evaluation results show that the uncertainty caused by this method can be neglected within the measurement accuracy of 9975 bridge.
