倡导“健康第一”体育理念,养成终身锻炼的习惯,是体育教学改革的重要内容。接受体育教育是学生培养体育文化素养的途径。但目前学生中存在着十分普遍的体育课厌学现象,严重影响了体育教学的质量。学生厌学的原因主要包括体育教学缺乏选择性、可探究性和自主性;教学方法落后,教学内容重复频繁;学生技能、身体形态的差别;体育教师的自身素质等。
Advocating “health first ” sports philosophy, to develop the habit of lifelong exercise, is an important part of the reform of physical education. Accepting physical education is a way for students to cultivate their physical culture. However, there exists a very common phenomenon of PE-based weary learning in students, which seriously affects the quality of PE teaching. The reasons that the students are tired of learning mainly include the lack of selective, exploratory and autonomy of PE teaching; the backward teaching methods, repetitive teaching contents; the differences of students’ skills and body forms; the quality of physical education teachers themselves.
