用组织分离技术从野生红菇 (Russula sp.)子实体中分离得 3个菌株。用随机扩增多态性 DNA(RAPD)对红菇子实体和分离菌株的 DNA多样性进行分析 ,以确定 3个分离菌株与子实体之间的亲缘关系。实验使用 16个随机引物检测 40多个位点 ,计算它们之间的相似性。实验结果表明 3个分离菌株和红菇子实体之间的 DNA相似性非常高 ,红菇子实体和对照菌株 [凤尾菇 (Pleurotus sajor- caju )和金针菇 (Flammulina velutipes (Fr)Sing) ]之间的 DNA相似性差距基本上反映了红菇与对照菌株之间的种属差距。推测 3个红菇分离菌株同一个种
Three strains were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Russula sp. Using tissue isolation technique. Randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) was used to analyze the DNA diversity of the fruiting bodies and isolates to determine the genetic relationship between the three isolates and their fruiting bodies. The experiment used 16 random primers to detect more than 40 sites and calculated the similarity between them. The experimental results show that the DNA similarity between the three isolates and the fruiting bodies of red mushroom is very high. The fruiting bodies and the control strains Pleurotus sajor-caju and Flammulina velutipes (Fr) Sing) The DNA similarity gap between the two species basically reflects the species gap between Russula and control strains.
