本文以光镜和透射电镜对兔胎肺发育行组织学、形态学测量及超微结构检查,动态地观察了53只胎龄17～30d兔胎仔的肺发育进程.可见兔胎肺发育的四分期:假腺体期(胎龄18～22d);小管期(胎龄23～25d);囊泡期(胎龄26～27d);肺泡期(胎龄28～30d).结果表明:兔胎肺在足月时支气管系统和肺泡结构已很好发育,为出生后气体交换作好了准备
In this paper, histological, morphological measurements and ultrastructural examination of fetal lung development were performed by light microscope and transmission electron microscopy. The lung development of 53 fetuses with gestational age of 17-30 days was observed dynamically. Stages: the period of gonadal (gestational age 18-22 days), the duration of small intestine (gestational age 23-25 days), the stage of vesicle (gestational age 26-27 days) and alveolar stage (gestational age 28-30 days) .The results showed that: Bronchial system and alveolar structure are well developed in full-fledged lungs and are ready for gas exchange after birth
