将整体传递矩阵法应用于主轴内外转子耦合系统的动态特性研究中,并采用有限元法对转子耦合支承刚度进行了建模计算。具体算例说明整体传递矩阵法能够方便、有效地计算多转子耦合系统的动态特性,且编程方法简单、易于实现。
The whole transfer matrix method is applied to the dynamic characteristics research of the coupling system of the spindle and the outer rotor, and the stiffness of the coupling coupling of the rotor is modeled and calculated by the finite element method. The concrete example shows that the whole transfer matrix method can calculate the dynamic characteristics of multi-rotor coupling system easily and effectively, and the programming method is simple and easy to implement.
