黄浦区是上海市的中心城区,构建一流城区的一流成人高校,是黄浦区业余大学义不容辞的责任和努力奋斗的目标.上海市黄浦区业余大学建校于1958年,是一所独立设置的成人高校.学校多次被评为上海市成人教育先进集体、上海市“三学”先进集体、市成人高校招生工作先进集体、黄浦区文明单位.最近,学校又获“全国高等教育自学考试示范助学组织”光荣称号,并列上海地区首位.
