笔者最近访问了广东的20多位社会工作者,了解到广东各地的社会工作者和社会工作服务机构日渐成熟,但人才流失严重。各机构苦于找寻留住人才的方法,同时个别个人和机构也为了要得到良好的培训机会而苦恼。笔者认为,目前社会工作行业尤其是广东等地面临的人才挑战包括以下几点:一是社会工作者在从业过程中对自己专业的肯定以及产生的焦虑情绪和压力感需受到关注;二是社会工作者的专业自主性不高,工作中仍受到不少掣肘,
I recently visited more than 20 social workers in Guangdong and learned that social workers and social work service agencies in various parts of Guangdong are getting mature but the brain drain is serious. Agencies are struggling to find ways to retain their talents, while individual individuals and institutions are distressed for good training opportunities. The author believes that current social work industry, especially in Guangdong and other places facing the challenges of talent include the following: First, social workers in the process of their own professional affirmation and anxiety and stress generated by the need to be concerned about; Second, society The professional autonomy of workers is not high and their work is still subject to many constraints.
