环节之一:抓住启动点,为企业经营者和职工树立适应市场经济的新观念,加快改革的步伐大造舆论——鸣锣开道。当前,企业内部的改革涉及到职工的切身利益,必然会引起人们的思想震动。从总的方面来看,改革符合大多数群众的根本利益,因而会得到大多数职工的拥护。但是由于长期以来计划经济体制下形成的思维定势及“左”的影响禁锢着人们的思想,一些过时的观念与变化了的社会现实发生猛烈的碰撞,往往使一部分职工跳不出原来的框框,制约了自己的思想行为。据我们调查,当前部分职工中消极或不健康的心态主要有十种,即:求稳心态、急躁心态、畏难心态、从众心态、怀疑心态、侥幸心态、失落心态、惶惑心态、颓废心态、对抗心态。这些不正常的心态对企业深化改革

According to our survey, there are ten major negative or unhealthy mentalities among some employees, namely, seeking stability, impatience, fear, publicity, skepticism, flirtatiousness, lost feelings, deluded attitudes, decadent attitudes, and confrontational attitudes. .
