原发性肥厚型心肌病可分为梗阻型和非梗阻型二种。梗阻型肥厚性心肌病又称特发性肥厚性主动脉瓣下狭窄(IHSS)。本文系将我院1966～1981年观察的21例梗阻型肥厚性心肌病患者的心电图作一分析报道。一般情况和诊断依据男性12例,女性9例,男女之比为4:3。年龄14～59岁;平均34岁。诊断依据:～、
Primary hypertrophic cardiomyopathy can be divided into two types of obstructive and non-obstructive. Obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, also known as idiopathic hypertrophic aortic stenosis (IHSS). In this paper, our hospital from 1966 to 1981 observed 21 cases of obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in patients with an analysis of ECG reports.
